Please include your asking price, current traffic stats, and age of site.

Only have a budget of around 30k to work with.

what segment are you lookin for, how much traffic sites are you lookin for?

Unless you are looking for a good age tgp/mgp. I would recommend using 1/4 of that money and having tgp/mgps built for you, at any traffic level you are ask for. Then you just take care of it from there. my 2cents.

Definitly good advice, however I already have sites built and being built for me at this time. I'm on the hunt for more though, perhaps something a little established to work with.

Looking for established or niche sites at any traffic level and general newer sites above 50k.

try contacting webmasters of tgps that you like, im sure quite a few would go with your kind of cash
