what segment are you lookin for, how much traffic sites are you lookin for?

Unless you are looking for a good age tgp/mgp. I would recommend using 1/4 of that money and having tgp/mgps built for you, at any traffic level you are ask for. Then you just take care of it from there. my 2cents.

Definitly good advice, however I already have sites built and being built for me at this time. I'm on the hunt for more though, perhaps something a little established to work with. :)

Looking for established or niche sites at any traffic level and general newer sites above 50k.

try contacting webmasters of tgps that you like, im sure quite a few would go with your kind of cash
