http://www.saabpo.com I know, it's shameless self-promotion, but I got a kick out of making the site and anyone familiar with Sklanksy's poker books might enjoy it. The Story... Some resourceful Party Poker players recently discovered a poker bot named "saabpo" playing the $20+2 single-table tournaments 24 hours a day. This resulted in a circus of observers watching saabpo defeat his inferior human opponents. The thing is, saabpo used a ridiculously simple algorithm to beat these monkeys. While no one has all the data -- except the creator of course -- saabpo seemed to be making a profit. I understand that GFY is full of part-time poker players, so I figured that anyone familiar with some of the more popular books might get a kick out of saabpo.com. Enjoy! |

It's in Party's best interest to actively seek and destroy such anomalies rather than let them exist. I still play there. |
