Chris - he dealt with it - we paid him 2 grand via paypal in December and since then we got fucked around so much. Email after email - promise after promise. We built a custom server for your affiliate software, spent way to many hours chasing up why we had not got what we paid for. In the end he stopped contacting us. But he sure took the 2 grand. We have the invoice copies of all emails , and the partial install he managed to do. I wouldnt have minded if he can come to me and admitted he couldnt finish the job. But time is money and we ended up with nothing. And all is I see in your old sig is a link to the site, so of course im gonna shout up.

And anyway its all old horseshit now as we have gone with NATS. Should have done this in the first place instead of wasting time with half baked companies who dont know what they doing. If you have taken over this company from Chris then fine --- but I paid money to http://www.mxdevelopment.com and got fuck all in return.
he even said when we were paying to hurry up as his "partner" was giving him a hard time as we delayed 3 days on the initial payment.

So you admit you are in some way involved with www.mxdevelopment.com ?
and up until last Sunday we were still chasing http://www.mxdevelopment.com for the install that we paid for. In the end we gave up sending emails and getting no replies. Turn it around if you had paid 2 grand to a company and did not get what you paid for and then see a person seemingly working with or involved in that company would you stay silent ? if need be i can post every damn fucking email and icq log here from mxdevelopment.com

Well the guy we worked with Chris took our money. I can even show you the mxaffilaite files we have on our server. Its all fucked up as it was never completed. Fucking shame as well becuase the system actually seemed really workable. But at the end of the day it never completed so paid again to get NATS up and running.

So if ENRON starts up again and people question their ethics because of their track record thats not fair because their is new management in place?

Your company apparently has a horrible track record and now you have to work to try and turn it around. And telling the old customers who were SCAMMED by your company to "FUCK OFF" is not a good start.

Learn how to deal with customer relations before you EVER expect to get anywhere in this business.

ok first off, yes it was not appropriate of me to go off and swear in my response, BUT in my defence, I was unaware of this previous to these posts and got a little pist. We all have done this. Now onto what I have found out about all of this. Previous to my coming to work here there was some problems . Those issues has been resolved.
Now onto business:
First and foremost, for those people that have issues please refer to this url:
Client resolution:
I cannot be held responsible for another employees actions and im not clairvoyant so if you want to discuss something by all means email me. I am ONLY a sales rep. I am not the owner, I do not have access to the financial part of the company. I am not responsible for anything that I Personally have not done with clients. That being said, refer to the above url for anything you might want to resolve and for those of you I have worked with if you want to discuss anything, contact me directly. [email protected]
I have done what is within my ability to resolve issues. Thanks for your time.

As far as i'm concerned you guys are scammers (your fault or not) UNTIL you respolve all past issues with clients. It is different management but the same company...

If a new group acquires an old company that has 5 million on debt...is the debt forgiven because of the new ownership group? No

I think it would be in your guys' best interest to take care of these past clients, have them post on here that their situation has been resolved and THEN move on to promoting yourselves for new clients...You have a lot of cleanup to do before its time to rebuild

And if by chance anyone doesnt wanna deal with these guys...Come over to BLUEWIRE ....We'll take care of ya

But in all seriousness...for the good of the programming business i'd like to see this resolved. Companies like this are what make it tough to prove your legitimacy without having your contacts at in corporate america write a letter of reccomendation. You can only go to that well so many times ya know?

BlueWire;
Nice of you to jump in and thread jack. This isnt about you acquiring new clients. This is about ME attempting to resolve issues with Previous clients.
To my knowledge there was only a FEW ( very few ) issues that are at hand with clients, hence we have provided a means to resolve these issues. Now,
for those that have dealt with me directly, I have always tried to be as direct and clear as possible and as I stated previous I am here to listen and assist in this process. Yes the company had problems, but this is why I'm here.
I want this all cleared so I can maintain my OWN personal credability.
I have been in adult for years and came to sales as a side job, BUT this reflects on me personally. I want this shit taken care of and business to resume in a professional manner.
If you have questions people hit me up.
