i was having a serious problem with my previous host.... i told them i was moving... and they blocked my access from the vbulletin database.... and i know it was my fault for not backing up.. but it was only on their site for a week..... anyways...once i told them i was switching they started ignoring me... and they also didnt give me the password to the SQL..... noone would help me.. either way i had to pay soemone to backup my site...

and serverprovider was up with me all night on his spare time helping me sort through this bullshit... it was a huge pain in the ass with the site down... but serverprovider sammy being the great guy he is stayed up and helped get my site back up

either way this is a big thank you to sammy and the greeat support team over at serverprovider who went out of their way to help even the small guys like myself
