i was having a serious problem with my previous host.... i told them i was moving... and they blocked my access from the vbulletin database.... and i know it was my fault for not backing up.. but it was only on their site for a week..... anyways...once i told them i was switching they started ignoring me... and they also didnt give me the password to the SQL..... noone would help me.. either way i had to pay soemone to backup my site...

and serverprovider was up with me all night on his spare time helping me sort through this bullshit... it was a huge pain in the ass with the site down... but serverprovider sammy being the great guy he is stayed up and helped get my site back up :)

either way this is a big thank you to sammy and the greeat support team over at serverprovider who went out of their way to help even the small guys like myself :)
