domain names + trademarks, gotta few questions
ok, lets say i own
www.asshole.com, i regged it in 1990 now, someone got a trademark on the word asshole in 2003 do they have legal rights to my domain name? |

no. but they may try to scare you.
regardless, if the domain was regged before the TM was issued, they have no case. |
