It may be legal but certainly not desirable. Hell it's legal for Bush to lie about Weapons of Mass destruction and kill thousands of people but I'm sure many people found it undesirable. Fortunately that Bush (bullshit) law allowing SPAMMERS can not be imposed on individual hosts.

idiot, this is not spam.
CAN SPAM is legal. money is money, if you think someone mailing 100% within US law is a spammer, then you are too retarded to run a successful host anyhow. ask the people who host for CE, WEG, FEB, adultplex etc whether they would rather be righteous than take their money.  |

No decent host want's to mess around with spammers, whether you say it's can spam compliant or not. The anti asshat sites like spews, spamhaus, sorbs, etc.... will list a host if they get complaints whether the mail is can spam compliant or not. It's just not worth any legit hosts time to allow it for the few measly bucks you will pay them.
