It may be legal but certainly not desirable. Hell it's legal for Bush to lie about Weapons of Mass destruction and kill thousands of people but I'm sure many people found it undesirable. Fortunately that Bush (bullshit) law allowing SPAMMERS can not be imposed on individual hosts.

No decent host want's to mess around with spammers, whether you say it's can spam compliant or not. The anti asshat sites like spews, spamhaus, sorbs, etc.... will list a host if they get complaints whether the mail is can spam compliant or not. It's just not worth any legit hosts time to allow it for the few measly bucks you will pay them. :2 cents: :2 cents:

With the can spam, you have to ask your self if it is actually worth it.
