the Silvercash $50 per active does well because they offer the surfer the full range of sites when they sign up for one. So the surfer doesnt get bored.

The new program Jackpot WIN-WIN from Flash Cash works pretty well for me (pays $60 per conversion, $5 per signup that doesn't convert).
