anyone promote any pay per active paysites and acutally do well with them?

What kind of research do you do on GFY all the time? You either have paysites or plan some, am I right? :)

the Silvercash $50 per active does well because they offer the surfer the full range of sites when they sign up for one. So the surfer doesnt get bored.

The new program Jackpot WIN-WIN from Flash Cash works pretty well for me (pays $60 per conversion, $5 per signup that doesn't convert).
