Commercial Insurance for my office - is $2M in coverage normal?
I'm getting a small office (600 sqft) and the landlord is asking for $2M in coverage. Does that sound normal? Sounds kinda high to me for just 4 walls & myself.

I dont know what end of the business you are in but don't tell them you are a web designer or in the software end of the biz. Getting insurance is a pain in the ass. The insurance companies dont like to take the risk of dealing with a software developer. They are worried about gettting sued if you produce a virus or bring down an entire clients business etc.
