I made it through that mess unscathed as well ... ClickCash has always been honest with me and paid me on time (just about) everytime. They are so consistant with fedex payments that I get worried if it's a day late, which is pretty much the latest a check from them has ever been for me.

Nice chatting with you tonight Will, I look forward to making some cash together.

I did the Clickcash thing for awhile, got paid a bunch, sales then went into the shitter, posted in another forum that sales were in the shitter, and I was using Lars, and then out of NOWHERE a few sales came in.

I might be enticed to try it again, but don't hold your breath...

Guys, clickcash is not that horrible of a company they go around "86"ing people for the hell of it. For whatever reasons they choose not to post on the boards, which boggles my mind , and they dont buy ads on webmaster boards or go to the shows... it;s like open season to bash them and get away with it, they dont come her to post to defend themselves and the person who's account got banned NEVER did anything wrong... (not saying you did furious female, but i am sure most people did do something wrong but they prefer to come here to GFY and flame on them clickcash instead of owning up to it). Also on most boards if it's a paid sponsor the board will keep it under control, well don't think many boards give a shit about clickcash especially since they don't buy ad space from them.... So i decided i will be the "un"official spokesman, help people out, help you guys make money which helps me make more money, and help the company i owe a lot to in the process. :thumbsup

furious female email me and i will have them look into it for you... I know the last thing the want is people to go around saying that clickcash doesn't pay, if you really didn't do anything wrong they will look into it and pay you.

ClickCash is the reason I chose the handle Furious_Female a few years ago. When they termed me, they owed me about $2000. They never replied to my emails either. So I sent my traffic somewhere else. I know several people they did this to.

Mmm.. not good!!!

With all the comments from other people on this thread, it sure leaves open enough room for questions and, good reason to spread on cam sponsors.

BTW.. Why ya not file for the funds and claim all costs Tortoise? I don't matter if it costs $10K.. just add that to their 700 bucks! :-)

shermo 02-15-2005 04:29 AM

When I first entered the biz at 18 and started sending them traffic, they canned me for spamming. To this day, I have no idea why they thought I was spamming. My revenue came straight from my site at the time, Slapass.com. I sent multiple emails but never got a response. It was a strange intro to the adult internet business.

I had the same problem back when all that happened. After 12 months I became really pissed in a GFY clickcash thread where a newbie twat was insisting that only scammers didn't get paid and they never bounced cheques. In the end I scanned and posted one of the cheques on GFY. 2 weeks after that the cheque was suddenly replaced :) If nothing else they do read GFY from time to time it seems. A lot of e-mails to various people produced nothing but a single post on GFY and I got results.

To be fair to them is seems the bounced cheque thing was just a one-off but once bitten and all that. Combined with the terrible support it took me a while before trying them again. This time I go in with eyes open and expecting the worst. That way I can only be pleasantly surprised if it doesn't happen :)

lazycash 02-15-2005 04:51 AM

I send some traffic to them and will probably end up making them my number one cam sponsor soon. I've been promoting HSN for the last 18 months and did over 200k with them. No matter how many tests I did between HSN ($25) and CC ($40), HSN always gave me a higher $/unique despite the lower payout. Unfortunately that all changed in early Jan of this year when HSN was forced to abandon their old backend and switched to using ifriends as their backend. Along with using ifriends as their backend they are also using their processing and this has finally answered questions I've had about CC for over five years.

Immediately after the changeover in early Jan, HSN webmaster's ratios doubled and in some cases tripled and worse. Keep in mind, only the processing was changed and the backend, which the surfer doesn't see, and all promo pages remained the same. After doing 1/45 with HSN for well over a year, I now was doing 1/100 which is the same ratio I've had with CC for years. HSN webmasters had never seen ratios this low and it now became obvious that ifriends processing was the culprit.

HSN has had a mass exodus because of the huge drop in ratios across the board and unfortunately ARS hands are tied right now because they are having to use ifriends processing. I've watched my income fall in half overnight and am still using HSN even though I should now probably be using CC because of the higher payouts since they both have the same backend and processing. I've mostly stuck with HSN out of loyalty, rewards points and far superior webmaster support and promo materials in comparison to CC, but I may have to change if HSN doesn't come up with an alternative soon.

I've been a long time supporter of CC, they have always paid me on time and I never bought into the shaving allegations of many webmasters as my conversions with them have remained relatively constant. However, with the instant huge drop in HSN conversions after switching to ifriends processing, I began doing a bunch of tests to find out why and what exactly was causing it since my promo pages and traffic sources hadn't changed at all. I watch my stats daily like a hawk and began seeing large stretches of uniques go by with no conversions at various times throughout the week, something that I had never had with HSN in 18 months promoting them.

So over the last month when I started hitting these pockets of 0:300 or more, I would do a test signup through HSN frontend and it became clear what the problem was. Ifriends processing was either shut off or on super high scrub mode because none of my credit cards would work, I live in the USA and all my cards are used regularly. Not only was this my experience, but many other HSN webmasters who did the same thing. When ARS contacted ifriends to get a response, supposedly all ifriends told them was that their processing was on a hard scrub. This is the reason why ratios have fallen and why I'm reluctant to go back to CC, there is nothing more frustrating than knowing you are sending a horny surfer with a valid credit card and they're unable to signup. I know I should be thrilled at being able to do 1/100 with CC, but when that same traffic was doing 1/45 for over a year straight its somewhat disheartening.

The VB guys were getting a lot of complaints from what I heard and it was out of control... as it was explained to me the account was eventually shut down because of too many complaints, and they were paid, and some the VB people didn't get paid contacted clickcash, and clickcash identified who they were and still paid them.... this is what i heard, I was not involved with any of this, but was around while it happned.

Thats bullshit. Clickcash terminated our account because some of the people just couldnt play by the rules and not send out spam. They shafted us over $30k and we paid our affiliates out of our pocket. Get your fucking shit straight before spreading it around.

I just don't get the all the eggs in one basket logic, maybe i am the dummy. But it shouldn't take you more then about 1 hour to switch to another program so if you ever felt like somene wasn't going to pay you, you switch and at most your out one check ? same thing can happen with any sponsor you use so how is this a risk. At the same time look at the volume benefit of sending them all your traffic, it just makes sense to me to send it all to them. But what do i know??

i can assure you that you guys will not have problems getting checks, they had one situation few years back and they corrected it and still will correct it today if you did not get straight with them back then. And you are not going to get terminated for no reason.

Yeah in almost 10 years time, having paid out tens of millions to webmasters, they had bank issues 1 time. Cut them some slack, during that time people have been screwed by numerious affiliates and third party processors and they even the 1 problem, they made it right. There was no need to post it here, if this happened to you send me your account name and email and they will fix it for you. I doubt the read the boards, i am sure someone just passed the info along to them. I can't be the only loyal webmaster trying to help them.
