There is no punitive damages in a case like this, so it is only actual losses which nobody is going to prove and if even if they did it costs them more than the verdict to get it. No need to extend your neck beyond that publicly.

I don't know you, but i have been reading your numerious post about this situation in the last 24 hours. You claim to be worried about your brande but if you want to do business with credible people here I think bailing on a project last minute and then stating it was because one of the guys involved was a "loose cannon", like you didnt already know, well IMO that hurts you brande more then anything else.

Why not try to work it out with them like a professional ? Why not ask to have him removed if he was the problem, or discuss your concerns with them. Seems shitty and egotisitcal to contact them and say, oh btw, i am not going to do it, and my reason is, well i decided not to do it... nice brande you building foryourself...

Maybe it's his right, but it sucks for the people who paid good hard earned money to make the site and all the ad material. A man is supposed to be as good as his word. Anyone who has been on this board for any length of time, knows Joesho is a loud mouth....post count doesn't matter at this point.

Juicy should be responsible for part of the money for designing the site and ad materials AND the cost of the redseign that HE wants, to remove his likeness.
