how can i play videos realtime with mediaplayer instead of downloading them with the downloadmanger and then playing them?

That's not a stupid question... I'm wondering that too for a long time because all my .mpg open in Quicktime Player within the browser and I dont' know how to make them open with WMP !

well mine play in mediaplayer, BUT I forgot how I did it.

had the same problem as you guys/gals ?

its not that it doesnt open with Mediaplayer...setting extension/app mappings is OK.

Its just that it DOWNLOADS FIRST before it plays (opens) the video!

Download a new version of wmp and setup the extantions in the program settings. It should work
