Is Mistral a standard windows font i can use on sites?

fuck.....
can someone tell me a font that looks kinda like the font above which is standard? ive got bloody thousands of fonts installed and i aint got a clue which i can use. |

If you'll go to the MS site and search for fonts it will tell you which ones are web safe for IE

I used to have a really sweet javascript that would prompt the surfer to download the self extracting exe file from your server, that would auto install whatever font you needed to view the page ... dunno where it is now though, I tried to find it and can't
