Hey Taboo,

Does that actually help? To slap a TM mark on your sites? I mean I can slap a TM on anything but that doesn't mean I actually own the rights right?

There was a thread about a radio show where someone claimed someone can steal your domain by trademarking it, although he doesn't own it, but I don't think this can really occur under general circumstances.

If it was that easy I would just trademark porn.com and get it in court in a few months.
