It would be nice if no one had them ,But like the ol'saying goes
"If you want peace you must prepare for war" Hell this planet is fucked if anyone uses them. When Churnobel(probably not spelled right)happened the aftermath got people in Western Europe sick with cancer that was pinpointed back to there from the jetstream. The poisonous fumes carried in the wind.
