Is USA the only place where nukes are allowed?

Russia can have them... cause they have a ton already. Kinda hard to disarm them.

I read in a paper, Canada is helping them build a railroad for something like 25million to a place to demolish weapons.

All five of the permanant security council members are declared nuclear powers in addition to Pakistan and India. Israel has them too. Unknown on North Korea.

Alot of countries have nukes. Its all about if that country can be trusted with them thats all.
