Who here belongs to a union?
If so which one, what do you do, if anything and what issues are you dealing with in your area?
Me: IBEW #213. Shop steward and union contract negotiator. Current issues: contracting out and blacking out of holidays as well as several technical issues that have to do with the language in our collective agreement and the application of it.

Been a shop steward for about 15 years in the petroleum industry.I'm a tech who basically works on pumps and aviation equipment..Our contract is up actually and basically it's money issues..If it wasn't for unions ,the man would want everybody to work for 10 bucks an hour
