Sueing ibill
Well, I sent ibill certified papers last week, giving them 10 days to pay or i will drive the measly 90 minutes to broward county and file a lawsuit.
I plan on sueing them for past due monies, plus lost income due to having to cancel about 600 users, plus court costs. I am posting this here and on a few other sites to get some feedback. I plan on subpeoning (sp?) adam riff (my account manager) and thinking about cathy beardsley. What questions would you guys like to be asked other than, wheres our money. I figure if I put them under oath and ask specific questions, they will either answer truthfully or they will lie. But if they lie, it can be used later for pergury. Thanks guys/gals... If you would like to contact me more privately, drop me a PM |

There have been/are going to be a few filings ranging from simple claims for funds owed to others with damages blah. Also some "non civil" action is under way and being added to now. The problem with civil is... tho still worth the effort and having this recorded, is iBill *may* cease to be :-) The "non civil" on the other hand, will continue even if iBill has gone. BUT... assuming a continuation of iBill, there is no way this company needs to be handling the funds of others passed to them by banks.

iBill was bought from Intercept on March 22, 2004 by Penthouse International, Inc. This is a must read for you http://biz.yahoo.com/e/040506/phsl.pk8-k.html. If you are going to serve them hire a process server to serve them the papers. If you need a good attorney that will do all this for you you may want to look here http://www.schneiderwallace.com/Prac...stleBlower.htm
