Here is what I need an offer on:

Processor(s): P4
RAM: 1024 MB
Hard Drive: 120+ GB
Number of IPs: 1
Number of POP3 accounts: UNLIMITED
Number of domains: UNLIMITED
controlpanel to pop3, dns, ect.
And a very fast backbone ;) with about 1000GB transfer pr month.

Most importen I need FULL access to it by remote desktop.

Do you mean remote deskop as in Windows server 2000/2003 using Microsoft's RDP, or any form of remote GUI, such as a forwarded X11 session?

I'd stay away from a Windows server unless you really have to.
