I can't find anywhere on the website/faq of paypal, how to order the Mastercard ATM card to withdraw money ... Anyone can help? Thanks !

Usually when you login it'll spam you about this. Just logout/in a few times it should come up in the rotation. Or, when you go to withdrawl, it'll give you the option of using the paypal ATM card and it'll let you apply for it there.

i believe https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/we...p/acc/ppp_info is the url... i have one so it gives me info about the cashback awards etc... i'm guessing if you don't have the atm cards it will offer signup

they do not offer it outside the US yet I believe, when it comes available you will know it for sure. It will be up with the links on the left side when you're logged in

I never use the thing as I never leave any money in my paypal, but it comes in handy as the default card for car rentals, which leaves my regular cards nice and "blank"
