These days, people are very concerned with 2257 compliance. When a content provider does not even care enough about their own business to make more than a half assed effort to show compliance then what does that say to potential customers who are concerned?

The other thing is...The average webmaster thinks that all nudity is subject to 2257. Right or wrong, this is their impression and it's best to be compliant anytime there is nudity involved...Just to be safe.
