Emily didn't we talk about this very issue a month ago? And what did I say? As a hosting company, we are not police nor do we have any desire to be the police. If what you're doing is legal and not causing problems, I will host you. If somebody has a problem with your site, they can call their lawyer.

I am not affiliated with any hosting company at all ... except wncwebhosting.com and if you go to that page there is nothing there it is strictly mainstream hosting.

I am giving you real advice with no commissions attached. I would send you to my provider but thats on a verio line and you'll most likely have the same problem ..

so let sly hook you up and get rid of your hosting problems.

I have been a server admin and tech in this industry for years I have a clue to the inner workings.

I think our most redeeming quality is that we are a very personal company. Run entirely by the server masters (Three guys including me) We speak directly to you, and you speak directly to us. But I see tons of other great offers in this thread.

Unmetered just means that you can use as much as you want, but if it causes massive server slow down, Ill cap the connections until the server speeds up again. It hasnt happened yet, and its up to you to decide if you want to go with it. Again, it hasnt happened and I dont think it ever will. But I have other hostees that I worry about. And if your usage gets to be so much that it may shut down the server, then what else can I do? I would do it to another hostee that threatened taking your site down too.. In my opinion its a safety feature.

As far as what would I do in that particular legal situation.. I would write her lawyers back and tell them that I would be more then happy to oblige them if they presented me with a law saying it was illegal. Whilst getting in contact with you to let you know that I may have to ask you to take them down. Its all a servermaster can do.
