How do you test your host out?
How do you make sure your host is fast, non cogent, does it matter if they are cogent if they are fast?
Are there tools to determine what sites are nice and fast non cogent and which arent. Obviouslt sites will vary from different connections like adsl, cable etc. thanks

in windows go to a dos prompt and type tracert hostname IE:
