New order rocked and flock of seagulls before them..... hmm was it flock of seagulls that turned into new order after the lead singer died? Im not sure now

Depeche Mode and New Order are cousins sound wise..but DM sort of have a two stage history..before and after vince. After Vince is when they are on par with New order. Prior to that they were more in the Erasure league for reasons those that know their music understand.
