When Michael Jackson Is Found Guilty will he really go to jail?
Will they keep him in Solitary ? Has his passporte been revoked so he can't flee? I can't imagine MJ actually going to prison. He will either kill himself
or flee the country if he can.

But it looks like the Peterson prosecutors got their shit together in the end. It really seems like the State chokes in many of these high profile cases.

As far as the Ramsey's it's proving out that is was actually an intruder. The cops "forgot" that another girl was attacked near by in a similar fashion around the same time.

I think if he is found guilty he will flee the country. There are many countries where he is still a big star that don't have extrodition treaties with the US so I would not be surprised if he goes to one of those countries and just goes into seclusion.

I watched the whole William Kennedy Smith trial and he was not guilty. That was nothing more than a scorned woman. He called another girls name out while fucking her and she felt she would fix him by pressing charges!!!

I remember right when it was said he called out another woman's name too!!! You could see it all over her face, the anger. She was out partying ran across a Kennedy and she wanted to get with the Kennedy. When she found out she wasn't anything to him but a fuck, and not even one he was going to remember, she became a scorned woman and ended up looking like a dumb ass!!!

Roy Black is a helluva an attorney. The one that sucked was the "Nanny Case." The prosecutors get a 2nd degree murder conviction against Barry Schek and the evil Nanny and then the Judge reduces it to manslaughter and gives her time served.
