Who Here Goes To The Gym ? I'm thinking of joining only because I can't seem to stick to it at home. I chalk it up to the same thing as leaving the house everyday and going to an office = more productive.

ive been tryin to work out here at home but sometimes, i just say "fuck it" but if i know im actually paying for a gym membership, maybe that will make me get more motovated to get out.

plus, its always good to meet new people.

Do you have full gym at home? I do and I do workout too regularly. Maybe if you know that you actually paid to buy equipment maybe you'd actually workout at home too. For me dressing up for gym, warming up the car, drive thru snow/bad weather etc. is too much waste of time. If you are disciplined enough to actually work from home you should be disciplined enough to workout at home too but I'd say you'd need good equipment to be motivated. lol the other way round here. tried working out at the gym no success, basically just wasted money paying the monthly fees for years when hardly actually used the gym. ever since spent some decent amount of money on a "real" home gym I have been really working out 5 days a week.. ofcourse it also depends on how big your home is/how high your ceiling is ie. if it could fit in all the necessary gym equipment etc.

You prob dont have a great gym place in your house, otherwise u go to the gym to get a work out and it shouldnt matter where,and it should actually make it easier to workout from home. When i go to the gym , i go nuts with all that weight, and i can deff see myself doing it more at home then in the gym . depends how good you workout

I go 6 days a week, 5:30-6:30 am.. get home take a shower, and do my work from home for 4 hours every morning, then goto my dayjob 11am-7pm. The best thing I did was started working out every morning, 200% more motivated and alert, it seems like I never sleep. I've been functioning better then ever off 6-7 hours of sleep everyday.

BTW all the ass is at the gym from 5:30-7:30pm Prime time for all the women working out

24/7 I paid for three years so it's only like $10 a month.

There's a kick ass sauna, hot tub, and steam room.

Shit it's lot less then then adding a one at your house.

Oh yeah the work out shit and the gym is sweet to.

Basically go for it, but pay for a bunch of years and save serious cash.
