I go 6 days a week, 5:30-6:30 am.. get home take a shower, and do my work from home for 4 hours every morning, then goto my dayjob 11am-7pm. The best thing I did was started working out every morning, 200% more motivated and alert, it seems like I never sleep. I've been functioning better then ever off 6-7 hours of sleep everyday.
BTW all the ass is at the gym from 5:30-7:30pm Prime time for all the women working out
