how do you delete addresses in the pull down bar
i tried regedit, i tried deleting the history but no matter what when i type in the first letters of certain urls they always show up in the pull down address box. does anyone know of a way to delete these?

Never needed to, but guessing some sort of history killer. Hell maybe just clean your history in IE options.

If you're on IE - click Tools->Internet Options->Clear History
Should do the trick |

Do you have autocomplete turned off?
Internet options > content > autocomplete Turn it off and clear all the forms out. There's also a spot in your registry that stores the addresses in your drop down bar. Pick one of the unique urls and search for it in regedit to fine where they're listed.

you know, in outlook you can just hit the delete key and it deletes the autofilled email address, why wouldn't they do that for IE?

HKEY_CURRENT-USER > Software > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > TypedUrls I don't know if that's what you want, anyway. Sounds like it's autocomplete that you're talking about.
