OK...I cut my meeting short so I can address this. I'll answer in order...
1) I've been working with you...or at least buying content from you...Since March of 2004, so yeah; it's been almost a year. And I don't feel I had been mistreated...this isn't about that. I wouldn't say there's not been problems. The first order took over 2 months to receive 5,000 pics when the original estimate was 3 weeks for 10,000 pics. And of course I didn't get all the docs or licenses for a long time after that. And then there was the time you resold a set that you sold as exclusive...y'know? everyone makes mistakes; I don't think anyone is above that. That's why I haven't severed our relationship because of these things. This issue, however, is one I can't overlook. I don't hold personal grudges, but I still feel I have a responsibility to my friends and to other webmasters who may inadvertently publish content that was overlooked by you. Note: I'm not saying you did this on purpose, but the consequences would still be the same for the webmaster.
2) I received the content on Sept 9, 2004. The screenshot you posted earlier simply shows the date of the folders which reflects the latest activity in the folder. That would be when you added the docs.
3) All our communication is posted. You have the IDs already. If not, check the ftp I set up for you...I haven't deleted yet, and you can get the same ids I have. Suz is the 15. Ella, Mara, Saka, and April are 17 judging by the ids and releases. And the releases are in English not Russian...the IDs are Russian, but babelfish is all you need to confirm the text by the date says birthdate.
4) I'm not posting the IDs. I don't know enough about the legal consequences to do so. In the US, the release is invalid (minors cannot enter legally binding contracts), so I don't want to post her "likeness". Feel free to do so yourself...as I said before, they are still in the folder. No offense, but I don't think of you as my competition...you said you don't even want to sell non-exclusive anymore and I was going to be your only seller...so there's no point.
5) That doesn't matter. It's how old they are in the photo.
6) I never said all your content was illegal...I don't see any point in deleting content that I have verified as being legal...

You know as well as I do that I do have the IDs and releases. I wouldn't base this just on the release...how could I figure out her age if I only had one date?!? See my last post regarding posting IDs.

Because there is no 13th month, we assume that the date means August 8, 1984. Her relase form is 05-06-2002

That could either mean May 06, 2002 making her 17 something
Or that can mean June 05, 2002 making her 17 something
That is underage.

As far as I see it says 2002 (if you compare the 2's on the other rel forms) on Saka, which make her 17.

I understand some russian. THe realse name on the model is "Bella" Her ID name is listed ad "Ella" Might be the same girl, she could have added the B on the realease form.

ok, did you see on release of Ella word 'Ella' on top? Secretary did mistake because we have sisters Ella and Bella with same last names. And secretary put real name on top. I sent to Logan release named as "ella' and ID named as "ella'. what problem?
