Need help getting into the tranny niche - GoFuckYourself.com

The tranny niche seems to be a little different than other niches like voyeur, bbw, ebony, mature, asian, ect. From what I read so far, people who are into trannies are REALLY into trannies. It seems like it appeals to a very specific group of people unlike something like voyeur which could sell on mainstream traffic. Your avg. surfer's probably not going to join a tranny site, right? I think the tranny niche is going to require alot more testing, trail & error, and niche education than other niches. What I mean by "niche education" is learning the jargon, reading the tranny message boards/chats, and joining a couple of "real" tranny sites to see what people are looking for and talking about. I know it's going to require more work and money than other niches, but I've seen some tranny conversions/member retention numbers and think it's worth it.
First,
I need to buy some tranny content. I don't want to buy too much content since right now I'm only testing out the niche. I need enough for a good chunk of galleries, free sites, and a few avs's. I looking for around 300-400 assorted pics or "small" series. Small series means about 20-40 pics per series. I don't want to buy a 250 pic cd with 2 series. I'm really looking for medium quality assorted tranny pics if possible.
Second,
I need some per sign-up and alot of recurring tranny sponsors. I want to sign-up with lots of sponsors then after a month see which ones convert the best and drop the rest. I already have an account with cashquest and I'm going to promote their tranny sites, but I'm trying to stay away from the big sponsors. I want to promote the smaller tranny sponsors with "real" tranny sites and good recurring. I'm serious about this niche and don't want to waste the traffic.
Third,
I need tranny tgp's, link lists and a few tranny toplists for traffic.

If you can help me out with any of my questions, I'll greatly appreciate it. If there's a tranny expert out there who can answer all my questions and help me get started e-mail me -> [email protected] and I'll see if I can return the favor. Maybe give you a few links on some of my tranny sites and galleries. I'm not one of those "help me out and do all the work for me and maybe I'll say thanks" kind of webmaster. when I wanted to get into tranny, I just put personal adds in the local paper.

You get beat up alot that way but it works pretty well other than that.
