My looks maybe flatter me by 5 years or so: at least that's what I think when I see a lot of other guys in their mid-50's. But my health has got so bad I know people 20 years older who are more active.

Which is really frustrating because my head is exactly where it was when I was in my 20's and still full of ideas and things I would like to be doing.
