MarcDE and Quiet...... WHY??????????

Both of you guys are on top of your game. Both made some SERIOUS coin and the whole industry knows you guys are extremely sharp.

This leads me to my question....
WHY?
Why are you guys both still pushing all your sales thru IbillEU?

Everything that has happened in the past 60 days leads everyone to believe Ibill isn't going to make it out of this. They are having serious financial issues and now their EU processor is an issue. Why are you guys still with them? Ccbill and an EU solution why not switch to them? Is there something I'm missing? I didn't mean to call you guys out I'm just seriously curious as to why neither of you have dumped ibill.

True

You can be sure that the sales ars and quiet are pushing are probably one of the few reasons ibill still has their doors open for business. They are helping us other ibill clients have hope of one day seeing a dime of the money owed.

I know Quiet has no revshare program so whatever happens to him is a hit on him alone. However I wonder what this would do to ARS. If ibill were to be unable to pay them for over a month of sales (that Marc has already paid out on) and unable to rebill their members that is going to have to hurt.

Ibill pays for a yacht - CCBill pays for a Döner Kebap. Some are impressed, some are simply hungry.

Need to also keep in mind that they could be one of the first to get customer dumps if IBill did go under.

Are you saying Marc isn't missing a single Ibill payment? or Not missing a webmaster payout? I know he won't miss a payout. However if ibill is having issues with their euro processor that is beyond payments. Basically transactions are being made but nobody is seeing the money.

I personally believe IBill has been shifting money around.. using new revenue to pay past monies owed, and perhaps not to the right person..

Do you guys think there is any truth to this?

----------
Our EU funds are still being held securely by our EU Processor. The initial commercial account that was established did not meet the depository standards of our EU bank and processor. We have established another relationship with Credit Suisse and expect to have the account open in the next week. At that time, our European processor will transfer funds for payout to our clients. We will provide an update on Wednesday, January 26th on the status of the scheduled payout.
--------
If that is true then this is not a good sign for ARS and Quiet.

i believe with serious volume accounts, ibill will not jeopardize those by not paying the program owner. I think marc is smart enough to know what to do and whats really going on with ibill

Veteran i agree. However remember if ibill gets dumped on by their EU processor then there is nothing they can do, and the same goes for Marcde. I've been an ibill supporter since the beginning of this. However nothing since Sept has gone right for ibill and there is no sign of that trend changing.

Ibill: Mr. Quiet, if you keep your trap shut and keep sending joins, we'll at least pay you while all of the little sheep starve. If you say anything, the sheep will revolt and that means YOU wont' get anything.

Quiet: Okie Dokie

So I doubt that either will post in this thread.

i'm sure MarcDe must recieve payments from them, the sheer volume of sales ARS does would cripple anyone if they were paying affiliates but not recieving from the processor

I guess one reason is that if they stopped using Ibill they might not see any money at all (Ibill has supposedly stopped paying those who have stopped sending them new traffic/joins). If you have an enormous recurring base, you may not want to risk losing it all.

This dilemma is the worst for the old timers. We have been processing with them since 98 and still have lot's of rebillers from 2000/2001. I could not get out of bed for the next six months and still do more from those rebills than most -programs- here.

So what do you do?

I am aware that some big accounts have been seem to have been prioritized but I am equally aware that others have not. If these guys are not posting about this it's most likely because there isn't much left to be said on the topic.

ive been saying for weeks that certain people are getting paid every week on time without delay. this makes no sense, since ibill's excuses are that they have banking problems. its obvious that they are collecting plenty of money to pay their customers, but they're only paying the ones who produce volume. i have friends that are owed 100's of 1000's of dollars, but i guess those arent big enough accounts.

its great that some people are getting paid, but its going to look very, very bad for ibill when they get dragged into court.

Asking why Ibill is doing this is like asking a stripper that you turned into your girlfreind how many men she slept with. You already know the answer (too many) but you still want to hear it for yourself for some stupid reason.

I've been a faithful iBill client for 8 years now. They owe me VERY significant money for their domestic processing debacle (7 figures). That is an issue I'm working with them on, as are many other clients. The moment that issue arrived we were already at iBill EU with our new processing. Our content partner Storm Media is located in the EU and was using their EU processing. I haven't had one hiccup in payment with their foreign stuff. I have my ear to the ground and my fingers on their pulse and I have alternatives in place. In the event of a repeat in the EU, I'll jump ship to protect my business, you can be guaranteed.

As for now, things are running quite smoothly and with iBill EU our sales are VERY strong. *Also note that CCBill EU does not offer pre checked x sells, a huge portion of our business model. **Further note that Epoch will get busines from us the moment their EU processing is online!

Are sales at Twistys low? Need to pull the "Marc De" card to get some attention?

And why do i care? I'm owed a substantial 6 figure amount from ibill. What happens with ibill concerns me.
