Epoch / Paycom pay pages totally screwed!

Decided to bring this up here to hopefully get some attention. Their techs refuse to admit there is a problem.

When trying to signup to a site that uses Epoch an ERROR sometimes appears that says "Check Your Email".

No matter what you put in you cannot join the site.

This is an on and off problem but has been happening since Vegas.

One min you can join a site, the next time you try even another site with a totally "new email" and "IP" and "credit card" you get the ERROR.

If you have noticed your conversions going down this may be the reason.

The problem has to do with their flex post and not accepting emails.

Error comes randomly but enough that it is totally causing a huge % of people not to be able to join.

They must be able to see the trend of sales going down.

The past 36 hours have been shot to shit. Consistant traffic, but conversions aren't there.

FUCK... I knew it... I knew that it wasn't my traffic... this finally explains why my conversions have been sucky whereas my traffic went up...

OK guys....

This is the first I've ever heard of this. I'm getting with tech now. If there is a problem we'll find it and fix it.

But... I must say our sales figures do not show any decline in sales or conversions. In fact, just the opposite.

If anyone has a screen-shot example that you can send to me please send to Rand @ Paycom.net.

We have thousands of members and bring many new sales a day and have had ZERO problems with Paycom, especially in the last week up till today. I would have to dissagree with the entire thread.

Nice try to get some attention though lol

Problem solved.

A brief explanation:
Last Wednesday a new server was added to our array. Unknown to us it had an
intermittent problem which resulted in email addresses being rejected for
clients using FlexPost when that particular server was called. The server
issue was found and corrected yesterday and no further instances have
occurred since that time.

Since this was only one server in our array, and an intermittent problem, it
was difficult to diagnose since it didn't affect overall sales and nearly
impossible to recreate the problem in testing. Thanks to those of you who
provided input and contacted us directly to help us resolve the problem.

All servers are now functioning correctly.

Amparo has been out of the office for the past couple of days, including today. If you've sent her an email I'm sure she will reply as soon as she can.

If there is something you need immediatly, drop me a line. Rand @ Paycom.net.
