Stay away from kikko. We tried them 4 months ago. They answered emails the first week to get us to sign up. After we joined, we sent over a dozen emails asking for a problem to be fixed and got no response. Called and got b.s. "we take care of it". Nothing happened. We pulled our sites, emailed stating we were terminating our account and 1 month ago got an email asking why we would not allow charges on our credit card. They phone 2 times and we told them what happened, but they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.
It was only a small part of our traffic so it didn't hurt us. But if our main site was with them, they would have been speaking with our lawyer. I was really disappointed because they made big promises & spoke very professionally on the phone. Sure fooled me. It's what made us start our own hosting.
