Damn, I got my WorldPerks mileage statement in the mail today

I flew a total of 88,361 miles in 2004. That's the equivelant of circling the Earth a little more than 3.5 times.

total miles flown or 80,000 with the platnuim bonus? - means you would have only flown a little under 35,000 actual miles........

Nah, the total miles flown was 88,361, miles earned was something else. I know its right, I flew from Hawaii to Michigan 8 times and from Michigan to Europe 3 times, with flights within Europe to The Netherlands 4 times, Italy once, and Sweden 6 times. Then a few flights within the Continental U.S. as well.

Thats for sure, it gets kinda old after awhile, I can't remember when the last time I didn't have stuff in a suitcase or didn't have a flight booked somewhere. I am not complaining though, I am glad that I can travel, it just wears on you after awhile.
