anyone recognize these symptoms?
Excessive "hunger pains" that cause gagging and coughing every morning, does not subside with eating, subject eats normally


any idea?

Possibly the symptoms of an onset of appendicitis. Get your blood count taken and see if their is an infection somewhere in the body.

I hate to say this but the first thing that comes to mind is pregnancy. Both my pregnancies were the same. A hunger type feeling which others would call morning sickness. Mine was just hunger type nausea and it was pretty constant, not just in the morning.
