Possibly the symptoms of an onset of appendicitis. Get your blood count taken and see if their is an infection somewhere in the body.

I hate to say this but the first thing that comes to mind is pregnancy. Both my pregnancies were the same. A hunger type feeling which others would call morning sickness. Mine was just hunger type nausea and it was pretty constant, not just in the morning.
