At least mine doesn't accept it. . The credit card number you have entered cannot be verified. Only credit cards from approved countries may be used on PayPal. I continue as Your PayPal account Is Unverified

My experience has been no they dont...I tried transferring from my epassporte to my paypal that way and have had no luck

hey guys think about.....paypal and epassporte are rivals....it is hardly surprising that there is not great functionality between the two

I tried it too, they dont which is fucked up. It has a Visa logo, why dont they? Yes, I understand that they are rivals, but that is ridiculous.
