Doesn't Paypal accept the epassporte Visa?
At least mine doesn't accept it. .

The credit card number you have entered cannot be verified. Only credit cards from approved countries may be used on PayPal.

Never tried epassporte with ebay, I know that my phone, DSL and electric companies declines it, but KK says it works fine in Nordstrom. :)

My experience has been no they dont...I tried transferring from my epassporte to my paypal that way and have had no luck

hey guys think about.....paypal and epassporte are rivals....it is hardly surprising that there is not great functionality between the two

I tried it too, they dont which is fucked up. It has a Visa logo, why dont they? Yes, I understand that they are rivals, but that is ridiculous.

According to their promotional information:

Shop or Get Cash Anywhere in the World
Use your ePassporte Visa Electron card to get cash at ATMs bearing the PLUS and/or Visa logo or make purchases at Visa merchant terminals.

I would assume that this includes ALL 'Visa merchant terminals', but I wonder if phone-based and/or internet CC transactions are excluded from this claim of ubiquity? That would be ironic in that the entire point of the system is to facillitate safer internet-based CC transactions.

Does anyone know for sure?

a epassport rep months ago posted that the epassport visa wont work on paypal.
