Perrier Jouet 1996 Fleur de Champagne
Taittinger 1995 Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blanc
Dom Perignon 1996
1997 Louis Roederer Cristal

The Taittinger blew everything off the table - It was everyones #1 choice and Dom was a distant second. The Cristal was 4th.
It's a nice bottle of wine but if you know any serious people in the business,
they'll tell you that there is better out there.
It's like Dom was 15 years ago - A big name with the public but the real professionals know that a lot of it is hype.
