general computer tips...
you know when you've had your computer for like over a year...and you use the internet every day...your computer just seems to kinda slow down for no apparent reasons? well what are some things i can do to clean up my shit and speed it back up again? i have good virus and spy-ware programs so i know it isnt any of that stuff...any tips?

start-->All Programs-->accessories-->system tools-->disk cleanup
Let it run, delete the shit. start-->all programs-->accessories-->system tools--> disk defragmenter Defrag the volume (default is C: so don't change it). Defrag at least once a month, (I do once a week). See if that helps before doing anything else.
