Linksys has got the WORST customer support

Trying to configure a wireless notebook adapter for a laptop - it says it's connected but I can't access the internet.

Sat on hold for an HOUR trying to talk with someone there, and this dumb bitch was like "plug your computer into the modem directly"... then like 5 seconds later "Do you have that done yet?"

She must have done that at least 4 times EVERY time she asked me to do something.

Finally I was like "Is there a particular reason you're in such a rush? When I do something you've asked me to do, like restart my computer, I will tell you when it's done".

After all this, she said it's a problem with my router and hung up on me!

Checked my router and everything checks out - any ideas?

yes, ipconfig/all brings up an IP and a DNS

So it's connected to my home router, just not letting me connect to the net for some strange reason.
