PayPal with EP Visa
Can I open and verify a PayPal account with my ePassporte Visa(s)?
My orginal account was closed (and card blocked) for dealing with adult designs (stupid rule if you ask me), and I wouldn't mind making a new one

how does paypal catch you for adult design? is it the people you're dealing with or do they actually put something about adult design in the payment info?

Some idiot used the domain name of the design as the payment description, both our accounts were closed a month later
