any iis admins here

I'm trying to setup a secure server using these documents

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;299525

However, I am stuck on one part. What exactly do they mean by this?

Process your request through Certificate Server. To do this, follow these steps:a. Browse to http://CAServerName/CertSrv, and select Request a certificate

What is "CaServerName"? I have tried ip.com/CertSrv with no luck, also domain.com. Am I supposed to place CertSrc with something else?

I am also browsing the machine through remote desktop as it says to do.
