maybe you might want to change the text colour - found it very difficult to read. Nice layout though.

I would make the text about 2 or 3 shades brighter.

Nice but...
(1) The images at the top are sooo blurry it's hard to tell the bodyparts - compression is not good - if you are using jpegs then try converting to gifs instead, they take up a little more space but much sharper graphics. (2) The free peek round/oval image cutouts look very unprofessional - you can make it them perfect circles and make a glowing border using feather tool in Photoshop - would look much better... (3)Join and Members text would probably look better in ARIAL font then the one you are using - or better yet make them animated gifs using ImageReady for example... Sorry for the critisism but I am just trying to help - I assumed you were using Photoshop for the banners/images... - if you need help with some particular tecniques check out this website that helped me - http://www.bluedesignstudios.com/tutorials.php or shoot me an email or something. that site needs an over haul,,,
