I awoke this morning and my streets were submerged. The rain needs to stop. I got some pics and a little video. In the second portion, a guy in an Escalade purposely gases the suv and sprays me; just my luck

The third portion is the 405. They are placing the flood signs out now as cars have slid off the road.

All the pictures are Newport Beach, where the bays flooded over. That is about 25 yards from the sand...right infront of my apartment.

Crazy up here too -- boats in the marina are filling with rainwater and actually starting to sink if they don't have cleared cockpit drains or self bailing bilges.
