Yup, most people don't understand IDNs and assume they are bidding on alphanumeric domains. The seller obviously saw the real JokersWild.com auction and wanted to prey upon the ignorant. So he registered JokersWíhald.com on the same day the auction started for the real "JokersWild.com" domain.
